About Zoe’s Haitian Restaurant

Located at 141 State St, Rochester, NY 14614, Zoe’s Haitian Restaurant operates as an other food place serving Rochester in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

This group holds listings that did not fit cleanly into a food or drink category, mostly businesses that were pulled in alongside a restaurant in the same shopping plaza or that combine several kinds of service, such as a market with an attached clinic or a strip-mall unit that also does phone repair or tax preparation. The details here come from the public listing rather than a curated food write-up, so treat the category label loosely and check the business's own hours and services before visiting. Some of these are legitimate neighbors of the food businesses on this site, such as a nail salon or a laundromat in the same strip mall, while others are simply miscategorized on the source data and worth a quick call to confirm what they actually offer.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–7 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Zoe’s Haitian Restaurant at (585) 319-5063; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, zoeshaitian.com.

Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 102 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded other food places in Rochester.

Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Rochester peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This place is the best! Such great food! The owner was very hospital to my needs. You can't go wrong. I had the stewed red snapper! Try it and enjoy!

I went first with a large group, again with a friend, and have at least 3 more meals to go back for (i need legume, lalo, & oxtail)! Staff are amazing, friendly, polite, & easy to talk to. Food comes out fresh & delicious, nothing like it! Daily specials go fast so go early or call ahead. Affordable prices with generous helpings. I think I’m addicted. (My 1st Haitian food experience btw). The slaw has kick fyi.

The service, food, and atmosphere was great. We enjoyed the fried snapper and stewed beef. Along side djon djon rice and a side of Mac. Everything was hot, fresh, and seasoned to taste. The sweet potato bread was also a winner. Reminded me of a soft bun without the cheese. Check them out!!!

I'm from out of town. Saw this place and stopped by the next day. Prior to going in, I called to find out if they had Pickliz as I didnt see it mentioned on the menu but saw it in reviews, and the gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. Step inside and instantly you feel soul and warmth in a place that otherwise mostly feels devoid of it. Not to mention, it is CLEAN with no weird smells from dirty mops and the like. The music makes you move unknowingly and the food looks and smells divine. It is setup in a buffet style behind glass so you see most of what they have to offer at the time. Food boxes are offered in small, medium and large. I got a medium black rice with griot and pickliz on the side. The griot is seasoned through, not just on the outside. Fried on the outside, soft on the inside. You can bite through without worrying about breaking teeth. This might be an odd note, but the salt content is perfection. You neither taste salt nor do you desire more salt. Just really well balanced flavour all around, in the rice included. Pickliz has great flavour and isn't insanely overpowering with the heat. Everything came up to under $20. Literally cannot beat
